The Kathryn Albertson Fellowship invests in the power of connecting women to live into their fullest potential and inspire others to do the same.

This 15-month experience provides talented Idaho women the space to reflect and grow, alongside a diverse cohort of peers. Through immersive retreats, engaging half-day sessions, and a dynamic alumnae network, Fellows will embark on a journey of self-discovery, leadership, and legacy-building.

Our goal is that Kathryn Albertson Fellows emerge with the confidence and clarity to shape their lives with purpose and intention.
